A logo is supposed to be simple so that is why I kept it so basic. Illustration can be line based so I felt this best described Illustration.
Think this advert has been around for quite a few months, but seen it alot more just recently. Technique is kind of old, but still think it is good. Love the ending when a guy does a short “hum” when the logo appears; very simple way of putting a smile on your face 🙂
Random experimenting:
Love the music video for Hot Chip’s Song One Life Stand. You wonder at first how it’s done then as the video goes on you understand more. At the very end you completely understand. Very 80’s as well 😀
And a very quick graphic I did inspired by the video. Kept it very abstract because I find that it best represents this music video 🙂
